The service
We provide non-invasive mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspections and NSW eSafety (Pink Slip) inspections in Greater Sydney. Our inspection report is our professional opinion based on the vehicle's condition at the time and location of inspection.
Booking & payment
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment. Pricing is $220 for a pre-purchase inspection and $149 for a Pink Slip, both flat and inclusive of GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking with a full refund where the vehicle or location is unsafe or outside our stated service area.
Rescheduling & cancellation
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before your booking. Cancellations inside 12 hours are refunded 50%. No-shows and inspections cancelled after the inspector has arrived on site are non-refundable.
Scope & limitations
The inspection is non-invasive. See our Exclusions page for a plain-English description of what a mobile inspection cannot detect. The report does not constitute a guarantee, warranty or insurance against future faults.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the service. We are not liable for any decision made on the basis of the report, nor for any latent defect not reasonably detectable during a non-invasive inspection. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Report ownership
The inspection report is prepared for and owned by the person named on the booking. It may not be shared, resold or represented to third parties without our written consent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
